He was having momentary flashbacks most probably because of what Doumeki was telling him at the time. "I loved touching your hair... even when you're sleeping." Maybe the "even when you're sleeping" triggered the memory.
Oh got it. "even when you're sleeping". Makes sense. Dang this chapter was a headache!! Probably, this is the longest time I spent reading a single chapter, which ironically, had the fewest dialogues to read.

I have a question though. Why did Yashiro remember that kiss on the cheek? Because Doumeki kissed him on the cheek? There's got to be something else? Like maybe that was the first time Yashiro felt something different for D, or Y thought that it was possible that D was awake that time.
