Surprise surprise. More running away. Honestly I don’t know what’s going through the authors mind. Nothing is making sense anymore. How are you gonna scream at eachother, run away, and then just sit on the beach like nothing happened? Don’t get me wrong ima still read this cause I love these two but it’s just stressful at this point. Feels like it’s being unnecessarily dragged out. (・_・ヾ

The characters are both self-aware to some extent. They both like each other a lot, and they've literally bickered since the start of their relationship. It's simply the norm to them and that's why they aren't phased when they are at the beach. Sangwoo still doesn't believe in homosexuality being legitimate and although his lifestyle isn't rigid anymore, he is confused by his own desires. This man used to buy coffee at the same time everyday and sit in the same spot in class, upholding homophobic ideologies and now he's contemplating moving abroad to live near Jaeyoung. Plus he's fucking neurodivergent. All of his thoughts are simply too much for his to bear because they contradict with his identity in the beginning of the story. Sangwoo knows he's being irrational and Jaeyoung treats Sangwoo like a child that needs to be watched over. But they still ultimately respect each other in a romantic way.
