I’m not sure about the love interest part, but otherwise this manga is too good to miss:

Omg this was absolutely gold. You're my favourite person now.
I asked for horror romance, you gave me horror romance trauma
This was really good, dissapointing it was ongoing tho. I read it the whole day and finished it up to ch 55. I loved the development of the story and the mother took me by surprise.
Your taste is absolutely gold, is appreciate if you recommend me other stuffs not just horror romance but what you like.
This was so fun to read, the female lead says anything but what I expect. The art too, Satan is so pretty here. I feel guilty as a Christian to simp for the majestic story of an art, I finished all of the chapters here. Waiting for the next update, this was actually fun and lighthearted with the mix of dangers. Thanks for the recommendation.
I’m happy to hear that you like my recommendation!
Thank you for your kind words, I just happened to have read the manga and wanted to share. I tend to gravitate towards works that are sentimental in nature, or those that make me deeply think about. If they make you feel the same, it’s a big smile for me :)
Below are some works I read recently and really like:

I think I have to take a break reading this stuff cause it's an emotional rollercoaster. And your liking is very mature in the pure way, you might be one of the best people in manage, using this website to its full potential. I haven't read them all, but so far I liked the ones I've read. Except the story about Sakura and Haru, I didn't really feel anything in the beginning so I dropped it. Could you spoil me a bit on that one?
It’s okay! No pressure. Reading is meant to be an enjoyable experience, so do what you enjoy :)
“Mature in the pure way”… that’s a really interesting observation to me. I appreciate that. Looking back, I do tend to have a fondness for stories that are-but-hopefully-not-too-serious. It’s nice to feel the author’s gentleness behind their works.
Thank you for your kind comment on my manage :) Mangago’s user interface is neat, so it really helped me with organizing my saved items into different sections.
The story of Sakura and Haru… centers around the theme of facing grief, cherishing the past and moving on. It is a heavy topic, but how the author relives the wholesome memories of the past, amidst the painful reality, makes the story very moving to me.
The manga does take a considerable amount of emotional stamina though. If it interests you in the future, it’s one of the works I really recommend ^^

A horror romance, straight if possible?
No zombie apocalypse, just that the other love interest is dangerous asf.
