I think the beta marks the omega again and again. Like... I'm not able to mark you permanently because I'm not an alpha but I will do it for the rest of my life

So i read that if the omega doesn't accept the alpha the mark will dissapear.
And it looked like the alpha raped the omega?
So how come he's still marked?
