No sure why you'd use an animation as an example. If you mean in real life, I think honestly it's because A) genetics and B) they eat healthier. Generally people of east Asian descent have really beautiful skin and hair in comparison to westerners (like me :D) we tend to shrivel up much faster. Really same thing with people of African descent, they age so much more gracefully as well. Yo, white can be plenty beautiful too, it's just we don't age as well and tend to eat worse (thought the eating thing depends on the culture and economic bracket, personal choices, etc.) ¯_(ツ)_/¯
