My prediction is, he will injure his shoulder pretty bad and temporarily rest for a while but... he will have the worst mood swings and abuse dan like always but dan loves him so he will take care of him anyway and then he's grandma is gonna die and he will have a huge downfall and will give up on jk and jk will fall for him because he will miss him or something

This too, I just wanted to avoid all this unnecessary drama for my own mental health
I mean knowing mingwha. I for sure know, that the plot is gonna be similar to what i think.
OK so here's what i think will happen, based on cliché tropes:
Jaekyung loses his match and is forced to semi-retire until he is completely healthy again. Kim Dan of course will be the first and probably the only one to be there for him, making him realize how much of dick he is to people. HOPEFULLY Jaekyung's character development will come soon... hopefully... TT
