I bought all the volumes of the manga in physical copies and read it all there instead of online. I really regret that lmao. This is one of the few stories where I actually ship the mc with his original crush. I read the story mainly for the art and the premise was interesting. It’s a shame that the ending/last volume made me hate the story. Anyways the mc and his crush share mutual feelings and are basically about to get together by the end but shit hit the fan, lots of over dramatic life threatening stuff occurred. And during this time the very last wish or whatever you call it was the short haired chick being honest about her feelings for the mc. I found it ridiculous. The whole story for this over dramatic nonsense? It irritated me that she was cryin and shit and was like “woe is me” over her unrequited love. Making herself look like a victim cause she decided to not confess any time sooner. Then at the very end she confessed and kissed him, leaving it an open ending. Which make me think wtf was the point of building up the romance between him and his crush? The girl made it about her and did some shady shit by kissing the man her friend likes. Garbage.
