It’s a bl and the mc is unable to feel pain. Mc goes blind due to a tumor or something?? Mc then has a man that didn’t leave his side and helped him and he doesn’t remember his face he only remembers his smell. Mc dies because he ran out into traffic by accident and is then sent back in time. Mc sets out to find said man who took care of him. (Update) I FOUND IT!!! It’s called “fire after rebirth”!
