I remember reading the novel and there are a lot of parts omitted.
Like the people checking this one particular guy (the MC) that had no name on his profile and got the least screentime. So they promoted him because he is good looking (exagerrated compared to how MC looks in this manhwa) and he can dance well. So even if his uncle tried to edit him out, people still became more interested in him.
Idk how the novel progressed tho due to lack of translated chapters.

— the title wasn't even relevant to the story when season 2 started
— everyone had a PERSONALITY in season 1. Then suddenly after debuting they lost them and didn't even have chemistry with each other. (The members were basically used as stepping stones for the couple's relationship to develop)
— the mc and ml were kinda cute, but personally, they don't have chemistry with each other (mc's confession kinda seemed forced to me? He didn't show any signs of liking ml back before the leader had 'that talk' with him)
— pacing was off and they didn't cover anything that would give more depth to the story.
— the survival show was confusing as hell and I didn't get their voting system. They didn't even show us how they debuted properly. (No first wins or anything. Didn't even show us how they won a rookie award).
— did no one notice how WELL the group was going in the industry, or was it just me? Suddenly hitting the charts and having a concert with a large audience, like???
— how does mc manage to get himself sick ALL THE TIME and ml is always there to save his ass
— leaving their dorms after a year of debuting and their leader enlisting so suddenly?? Then they slapped us with 'the end'.
