I'm very sorry to say this but i also didn't acquired such knowledge from them cause i think it's rude of me to directly ask them, but all i know is that individuals with unique anatomical variations or medical conditions may have different reproductive systems or structures. But maybe just maybe it could come out from either way but im sure it's because of his unique reproductive structures. This is all i can say in this matter ❣
so he will get pregnant from his ass right? there are one comic i read that male get pregnant with his ass(like omegaverse)but it's not omegaverse .it's the same like what you mentioned but he get pregnant using his butt(of course he has uterus) he has no vagina

For anyone there who doesn't know people like these exist where a person has male&female parts.... I have a particular subject lessons about this so my classmates and i are not really too much shock of this existence.... though it is true that it's very rare......just like my friend he is born with as a male having genitals..but his insides were a female......if you're wondering if he'll get pregnant then the answer is yes... cause he has a uterus.....and that's why he has also his period's... when i first learned this it was more interesting than shocking..like an omegaverse world hehe
