I forgot the title but i was reading this last time and it was so cute, wanna reread again. It starts when the guy was walking his dog and saw a cafe being build, and the owner nearly got in an accident luckily the guy helped him. He got a crush on the owner and he volunteered to work there as a part timer. The guy was athletic and buff djwkamskq and the name of the cafe was "bear" i think.
