Lmfao one of the few key points of the story was her gender bend Σ(っ°Д °;)っ, in her like the summery stated in her dead twin brother’s stead she will lead people to overthrow the king and thus her journey goes. We look into how mc in fact a young girl has to handle the hardship those of her age and gender wouldn’t handle, how she overcomes choosing her people and lover etc mental stuff. It’s actually good the way each character were built and shown are (๑•ㅂ•)و✧I enjoyed it, it’s an old work so it might not be as the mangas you see today so if you can’t stand the cliche and some r*pe which barely gets touch on and so on stuff then maybe not. But stillllll give it a try (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

But well mc falls in love with the king she needed to kill, and he also falls in love in her female self not knowing her other identity where she disguises herself as her twin on the journey to kill him(〜￣△￣)〜 mc also didn’t know he was the king she needed to kill. ~ drammaaaaa

Dangggg this seems so spicy I kinda wanna jump in.....but then you said r*pe and I'm afraid it's gonna be another traumatic journey. Maybe I should give up my mental health for a plot cause when has a manga not given me permanent damage but if it's worth it I just might. Also you're right I did read the summary but for alot of manga summary is only the prologue and it takes a different turn by episode 50 lmao so I thought that maybe gender bend isn't the as important and it changes her into being a girl boss. Maybe I'm just delulu. As a matter of fact gender bend do make me feel icky but yk sometimes a plot comes by that you makes you forget all Bout your icks. Hopefully this does too. I'll probably read it cause I really am feeling a lack of strong fl and I need to get my dose some way.

There's the tag "strong female lead", it really helps to find some good ones with girlboss~ I don't know if you read Basara in the end, but I really recommend it, it's a literal piece of art. And I feel like the genderbend is different from usual, since it isn't played for laughs, and it really adds to the story

The MC does not get raped. I've read this story multiple times. It's one of my favourite stories and is a good read. It's not a typical gender bend. It's more of a, Mulan type if genderbend where the girl has to hide her gender to fight against the oppressors. I love the dynamics between the MC and the red king and each character goes true a character building arc. You get to know each character and build a bond with them. So give it a try.

Oh- ngl the r*pe spoiler had me scared but this makes sense. And I do love me a Mulan type mc as long as she's a girl boss. Since I have nothing better to do with my weekend, guess I'll put it to use by reading this... ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I do know about that tag. I have read many manhwa/manga through that some of them are 20/10 other start 10/10 but somehow loses their charm. So going in blindly it's always a hit it miss situation. I just prefer asking other readers before starting a new one.
