Dude its already canon that wonderland is real and shes not dreaming. The water you see is probably the water in that tiny vial she has. A.K.A the memory of her sisters death and her guilt being locked up.
Wait I now only realised (⊙…⊙ ) don't read this comment if you don't your heart to break ╥﹏╥ Alice actually was back to her real world and committed suicide as you can see in the last page she was drowning in the water and all of it was just a dream she had created.
