Trying my luck again. Just copy pasted this because no one answered last time.
Suddenly thought about this. I don't remember much. But it's about a real estate agency, there's a cat, and mc (female) is just doing her job with colleagues trying to sell people homes.
It's probably 4 koma. Might be wrong, and one of the story I remember a girl went to them to rent a property and she said she felt a present in the room, but there's a cat there that looking on her rather than the room that's supposed to be haunted. Another one is a couple withone of the tenant having a big body and she did not want to have a squat toilet and want to have a seated toilet. Idk why I remember this one especially lmao.
