Romantic feelings for who?? If you’re talking about the sister than no it’s a typical sis con little brother but written in a way that makes sense for the way he acts. He does not have romantic feelings for his feelings rather later on he gets feelings for another character (at least it’s implied that he has feelings for that other character that is not his sister)
