Pedophiles are turned on by babies and children, so if Mika was one he would've already done something when Natsuki was a baby.
From what we have seen so far, in this relationship Natsuki (in high school) will be the one who'll make the first move on Mika, so why would Mika be pedophile when he didn't do anything?
