Unlike my situation. I just read yaoi regardless. :'D My room is right near the kitchen/living room too, so they can walk into my room at any moment but my door is always closed and i listen for footsteps. Plus i never leave the house or my room, so it doesn't seem weird. xD Anyways, night time is peaceful. (▰˘◡˘▰)
My mom and I just moved and I insisted on having my own room. We used to always share a room but since i'm about to be 22, I figured I should sleep in a separate room. AND I can read yaoi without being cautious of my mother.
