The lvl100 lycans appeared in the lvl38 dungeons, no one could kill them so technically the lvl38 dungeons can't be cleared so the next lvl dungeons won't appear. Hope that cleared things up, also everyone attacked the mc first so by his logic clearing all the dungeons while taking back his skills is the best he can do ╮(￣▽￣)╭
But he himself cleared a lycan dungeon already. So the next level should have been unlocked. But instead the author quickly changed it to "all monsters of this dungeon, even the ones outside in other areas and the like, have to be killed".
Also I don't blame him for wanting to get the skills he was known for before the reset. But the way he goes about it, where he jumps ahead by miles and (at this point) knowingly causes all kinds of issues since no one else can deal with the higher level dungeons yet, is a bit dickish. Still understandable, but a bit dickish. And a bit selfish imo.
He didn't clear a lycan dungeon, actually. He cleared a Lvl 38 Fire Snake (?) dungeon that had a lycan spawn inside it.
At first it was said that the next level dungeon will spawn when the current level dungeon is cleared. Now in chapter 33 the MC says the next level dungeon will spawn "when the strongest monster dies" and a moment later it's said the next dungeon will spawn when all the lycans are dead. So...which one is it? When the dungeon is cleared, when the strongest monster dies, or when all the current strongest monsters in all the dungeons across the world die? Make up your mind, author...
Also, the MC is a bit of a dick, isn't he... ^^;; Or at least very selfish. He wants to get stronger and clear everything as soon as possible. He's already realized this means all the higher level dungeons across the world will be impossible to clear, meaning tons of monsters are now destroying cities and probably countries. Logically if the MC continues the rest of the world would be destroyed within weeks, because he's literally the only person on earth able to deal with the monsters. Especially now that way higher level ones than the dungeon level have spawned.
