its so funny because as I was reading this, I kept thinking to myself "10 years ago I probably would have thought this was cute".. after finishing it I checked the release date and it was exactly 10 years ago! hahaha
the me today only found this quite frustrating. their relationship was so unbalanced.. it started off with Satomi basically taking advantage of Yuzuru's feelings and loyalty. And there was no proper development of real romantic feelings on his end. How did he go from "its annoying I hope he'll stop pestering me " to "I love you" the next day?? it made no sense. He knew he had the upper hand the entire time, even after they started dating, but there wasn't enough communication to get on the same page with each other. If he did genuinely love Yuzuru, it wasn't conveyed and portrayed well imo. For me personally, he didn't come off as sincere enough.
