it's a BL. MC AND ML are childhood friends. One of them move away but they promise to meet up. (I think at some railway station on some specific dayor smthg I don't remember ). Fast forward to high school(or college?), one of them who remained in the town itself has become popular, and realised he liked the ML (since their child hood) but tried to be "normal" among his friends talkin about girls and stuff.
ML overheard this, gets jealous and locks the MC in his house?
