its not really sexual imo the lead character was in severe pain and died twice to illness thats cured by the ML, through breathing the same air or contact. literally no sexual thoughts by the main character in her actions. i think most of its just comedy effect since shes the only one unaware how it comes across while everyone else is like uhh....?
