his character is just likeable and interesting because of his interactions and scenes with the MC. I did say Cesar is a charming trash, charming but trash nonetheless.
The artist just didn't balance the teasing scenes with his trashy and scheming scenes so it's hard to dislike him. his sh*tty personality isn't so obvious in the recent chapters if we're comparing him to the puppy crown prince, CP seems bland due to lack of screen time and bickering with MC.
but the artist is making the CP more interesting in the most recent chapters too, CP is showing his jealousy and he's being steadfast with his decisions to be with MC.
Cesar is an interesting character is a similar point made by a previous commenter and i agree with them
cesar doesn't have likeable personality, he was just shown a charming villain character
dude he actually has chemistry with the FL while the prince is so boring he got nothing going on with her why is author developing the villain's relationship with the FL so much better than the ML, I don't wanna like cesare but he hittin bro!!
dear artist why make cesar a charming trash. we're supposed to not like him but I'm liking him instead because of his interactions with the MC. I'm weak for that enemies to lovers trope.
