I actually prefer Dan's arc redemption first, where he goes from this insecure guy to one with healthy boundaries!! A lot of people could learn more with this than from JK's character development,... but wherever , there's nothing I can do about it other than complain about this manhwa ╮(￣▽￣)╭
But you know, if author decided to make JK a redemption arc, it better have at least 40 chapters to compensate the first 45 chapters of complete nonsense (๑•ㅂ•)✧

you're right lolll.... ig all we can do is complain and hope for the best. But the thing I hate about this trope, is that deep down I know they'll up together. I just can't in good consciousness hope for that, so I'm begging BEGGING that the author squeezes the redemption arc till it's DRY.
