I believe this has a novel. This is the title: The Sub-Gong Is Being Rejected Today As Well
So! It was a bl i read years ago, it only had like, 1 Ch? I wanted to see if they updated more or if it stayed a promo.

What I remember:
This guy got transmigrated in the body of the ML's (ML1) secretary.
The ML1 keep pursuing a ML2 by giving expensive gift but ML2 refuses all the time.
So, ML1 discharges all these gifts to Secretary , that of course is happy with these extra money .
