1. The other (Subaru) not gonna believe him, ends up leaving, not getting his memory back about him (Soushi)
2. Thinking he's (Soushi) making a joke out of him (Subaru).
3. Thinking that he's (Soushi) taking advantage of his memories of him (Subaru).
4. Maybe the doctor told him (Soushi) to not pressure him (Subaru) to remember.
