Isekai fatigue, you become a lot critical and less forgiving once you read most of whats available. They've become less tolerable to reading mid generic stories. Cant blame them. ( ̄∇ ̄") its still fun to check them out the.

    What @dimensinalmagic said... also...
The mc is... weird. Like... think about everything she must have gone through in her past life... and she seemed to be 20+... and yet... look at how she behaves... it feels... incongruent? Like she's a naive bubbly pre-teen instead? And I don't mean just her personality but her decisions too. It definitely feels like one of those dumb mc's that gain various ml's affection super easily and for stupid reasons. The mc that's mc because of plot armor. She doesn't feel relatable not likeable (at least to me).
The story is kinda wonky... with plotholes and things that doesn't make sense and with weird pacing. Like... what made her go into a coma? How is she eating like a boar when that body just woke up after a whole year in coma? How did the servants opinion of her change so easily? Why did she get adopted? Why would the teacher tell her to contact her brother knowing she really lost her memories? Why can't people differentiate the brothers when their personality and hairstyle are different?
And to me... mainly... why tf are the siblings male lead candidates? Ffs... to anyone who have adopted siblings like me... that's pretty dang disturbing and disgusting. It's a trope I really can't accept. I didn't drop it cuz I doubt any of them are the ml. But I'd feel way more comfortable if they weren't on the romantic options at all. Like, they have the affection gauge but don't count as possible ml because the affection she'd raise between them is not romantic but familial. I do know there are cases of this kind of love irl... but to me it feels like a taboo taken out from corn. It's called fauxcest (fake incəst) and is a genre of corn that was created specifically because portray of the real one is illegal. So yeah... not something I'd like to see being normalized in romance novels/comic. But I digress.
The art is ok, the plot is generic and the mc is not likeable nor relatable... so yeah... pretty mid

agree with everything you said, especially about the brothers, really didn't need to be a thing, only "benefit" possibly is their proximity ease and like kind of used as a "tutorial" for both MC and readers as to how the set up works, but really hope it is portrayed as familial affection. That being said, in regard to the actual story and characters, I don't think this series is supposed to be taken all that seriously. The air and vibe seems more like one of those manga you read for fun/to not think to hard about things and just kind of chill, not everything that is made needs to be well thought out and consistent, though I guess they really didn't need to establish such a rough background for MC if that were the case as well, but could also bring it back around as like since MC didn't really experience life outside of pain and hospitalizations and since her parents clearly only viewed her with that lens as well was not able to have the proper emotional and mental maturity one would expect from her age and her bubbly/outoging/kinda ditzy personality is a trauma response, but could also be just be me throwing crap at the wall trying to make sense of why they would give her such a background that doesn't jive with her current portrayal
