This is the best book I've read! Very understanding and educative! I learnt a lot while reading this book. The characters are wholesome. I love Yul and Havi's relationship and how they talked through it all step of the way. He communicated so well and always tried to reach the middle so there would be no disagreement and misunderstanding. It was beautiful.

They were the perfect people to heal each other and be in a relationship. Havi deserved someone like Yul as well as Yul deserved someone like Havi.

Complete opposites but they made it work.

I understood Sui's pain when her side of the story came on but I couldn't still blame Yul for taking the responsibility by himself and Keepin it a secret. Sui seemed like she was done with their mother and she didn't even want to see Yul anymore. It was understandable for him to get consumed with trying to please that old fart of a father who wasn't even related to him and could.kick him out at anytime. My boy had to walk on eggshells to be happy and live healthy like his mother requested.

As for Haeyung-- Havi's mother- (deep sigh) Omo! I dunno about that woman but damn! She traumatized Havi a lot but I like that she showed signs of change towards the end-- still not enough to justify what she did all those years but it's a start. Never put anyone down when they show signs of changing.

This is a very healthy book. Oh! And I noticed some don't like Havi cause she was always jumping on Yul to f*ck him. That's normal. Haven't you ever tried to seduce your partner? Fine, she was being extra but Yul could've walked away if he wanted. (Not justifying what she did but well, he had a choice. He chose to stay and it paid off.)

Lovely book. Will reread to bookmark my favourite scenes
