Seokju obsession with Aijin is unhealthy. He only want to keep Aijin within reach and does not allow or want him to go anywhere. He is as good as a property to him. Seokju has suffered from insomnia for over 10 years and finally found someone that able to help him sleep and makes him feel at ease. Hence, he doesn't want to lose him. Seokju did thought to himself, he will get rid anyone who tries to take him away even if it's Aijin parents. He is also glad that Aijin has trauma of cars. Due to the car accident when Aijin was young, he has become a cripple. After the accident, he has developed fear of cars. Because of that, Aijin does not want to go out. This makes Seokju happy. As Aijin will stay with him and not go anywhere that's what he think. If he truly care for Aijin, he would have want to help him overcome the trauma and or help him find his parents since he knew that Aijin was likely kidnapped when he was young. But no, he have no intention of doing any of that. This is not love. Just a sick obsession to fulfill his own lust and for his own happiness. Seokju can simply turned into a cold person into split second and tormenting Aijin believing he had betrayed him and the fraction. The kitchen lady may have know what is going to happen, and had ask Aijin to leave with her but Aijin is oblivious to what's about to go down and refused to leave. End up being a scapegoat. Bottom line is Seokju is someone filled with suspicion. Hence, he was fooled by the false allegation against Aijin. Poor Aijin. Should have never gotten involve with Seokju and leave while he had the chance with the kitchen lady. I hope Aijin will learn his lesson this time. After his suspicion is clear, LEAVE. Don't forgive and get involve with Seokju again. No matter how much love he shower Aijin with, he can simply turn his back on Aijin just like that. The novel is still on going. Waiting for new chapter release.

The translation wasn't very clear. But based on what I read, yes. Someone framed Aijin. With all allegation pointed at Aijin, Seokju could not shake off the suspicion that Aijin was the one who drugged the soup. The prostitute sister make it sound like it was Aijin who instigate the murder infront of Seokju after stabbing myung-jin. They also plant keys and stolen goods in Aijin room. Seokju hit Aijin really hard after he found him.... not sure happens thereafter. Waiting for new chapters release.

Probably. Since he did not kill him, Aijin still have use to Seokju for his insomia. Hence, he locked him up and treated him like a sex slave in first chapter. That's just my guess.
