is yuuto in love with chiba? i don't get it

When Chiba confessed to Sacchan, he mentioned he loved how carefree her laugh is...so Sacchan makes a parallel to that. Saying, if that's a parameter that makes people fall, then Yuuto would never be in love with her since she's never made him laugh.
She's mainly musing how even though they're in the same friend group, she's only known him superficially.
