Where i'm at in the novel, they're suspecting whether Ajin really used to be a pr0$titute or not. That first scene in the webtoon hasn't really shown yet so idk if it's the past or future (I've only read the free chapters so maybe the people who've read more ahead would know).
They haven't really mentioned much about the old boss in the novel. Just that he was managing the gambling den but eventually became a drug addict and sold the den to the Taeho faction for drugs. They killed him off coz that building was a good strategic point for their business in Seoul.
Idk yet whether the old boss used Ajin as a pr0$titute or not.
Oh then maybe that was my mistake…I thought it was a different person the entire time because I thought it alinged with the novel chapters

I don't think ML is too toxic. Maybe justified? Around 50/50 hahaha! He is possessive yes, but not as much. He really dotes on Ajin a lot and he even gave him a chance to learn how to read and write! He doesn't want him to go outside and he's glad Ajin has a fear of cars, but he did promise they go together to the hospital to see ahjumma at first. All in all, he's weak to Ajin's beauty and would readily spoil him every chance he gets. He's really sweet to him.
With regards to the accusations against Ajin, i wish he could have trusted him more. He's probably been betrayed countless times before and so it's easy for his heart to grow cold with suspicion. It's going downhill from here (っ˘╭╮˘)っ my poor baby Ajin...
Looking at chapter 1 in the webtoon, ML is saying that he would make Ajin cater to "guests" but i don't believe his possessive jealous self can take that. Wtf did he drug him and then r@pe him again??? The first time i can get behind coz he was basically out of his mind, but now??? Stop it..!!! .·´¯`(>▂<)´¯`·. Get a hold of yourself!! Don't turn full toxic!!
