spoilers ahead

basically moondae isnt the culprit. he was just framed as he was bullied for being gloomy. instead he actually comforted the girl (the owner of the sanitary pad). this issue would be resolved by that same girl making a post saying that moondae didnt do anything wrong and that he actually comforted her in her lowest times.
