I feel like people are reading into the ending wrong.

Notice how Hakdo's confession is a thank you rather than an I love you confession. That was Hakdo letting Doochi go. It stung that he had to, and that he couldn't have the person he loved, and thats why he was moping on the couch. You could say he was grieving.
In the short time skip we see that both Hakdo and Sangho how have a more developed relationship. Hakdo replies to his texts faster, and wants to see him more.
Anyways just surprised how people genuinely think Hakdo is still in love with Doochi. Thought it was pretty obvious he got over him.
