Its actually true. Because the womb would be on the intestinal tract, it'd be back by the spine. It's the same with women, some women their wombs tilt backwards, others more forward. My mother carried my brother towards her back so she barely showed until she was 6 or so months pregnant. It's part of the reason she didn't know she was pregnant til around then.
