exactly, I'm saying this in consideration of how the mc had been treated, ppatta often writes rapey and weird shit in general so the fact that the warrior and the prince are having actual romantic development is good and comes with that the fact that Prince kaal wants/is trying to be more considerate and respectful towards the mc

I've read this before but most chapters had mostly all the rapey scenes of the prince, so I dropped it cause it was just, ugh. Yk? nono, don't apologise, it's completely understandable. I agree with you, I hate it when people defend rapist and abusive characters, and honestly I'm still not that big of a fan of Prince kaal, but ik that a lot of people quite like him, but among every character shown, he's the most acceptable in the way that he actually does seem to have interest in the warrior and not just wanting him for sex the way mob characters do.
But still I shouldn't have been a smart ass if I knew the whole story
no cause I'm so glad that they're actually having romantic development and u can see that they do actually like each other, apparent in how they treat each other. like that one chapter where u see Prince kaal getting upset at himself for the scars on the warrior's back and him restraining on sex or trying to not go so rough, it's small things that just kinda show that he actually does like the warrior
