There's a novel. Which guy? The actor guy, the 'bully' guy or the friends?
The actor guy, that seems suspicious I think he is up to something

The actor guy is a new actor so he wants some screen time. That's why he wants to be buddy buddy with Chronos and dislike the other friends.
One other thing is, he wants to make himself looks good for the public watching the show, he threats the 'bully' guy to act like a dick so he can show himself as the good guy for always tolerating and be understanding of him.
So, at this time, the actor On asks the 'bully' guy to steal the money, and it will then be revealed so he can play his good guy act.
