+ I think lack of education and the difference btw generations are the biggest reasons parents act stupid toward their kids sexuality.
Most of those parents don't even have correct education about sex btw straight couple let alone they know anything about different in sexuality, they are just uneducated, I always said that's why it's so important for kids to learn about sexuality in school so in future if they can't understand others preference don't act like a dumb numbskulls.

Everything I've read in this manga hit me so hard, my pillows are soaking wet and my eyes are swollen.
I'm waiting for the day my parents come to terms with me being bi (im a woman btw). I have already told them about this, and their reactions were not what I wanted to hear at all. My dad asked if I'm gonna turn into a man which doesn't make any sense and my mom asked me to find a good man. Hearing all that at that moment made me want to throw up, from that point on I resented my parents even more. I wasn't on good terms with them already and I've already talked to them about that too, yet they still didn't listen, so I'm just stuck in a loop of suffering really. A lot of constant talking to them about the same problems yet they never fix it. Out of spite, should I just get a girlfriend? Maybe also start dressing "like a man", I seriously didn't get what he meant by that.
Anyways, those struggling telling their parents, I hope you all the best when you do tell them. And those who told them but weren't accepting, I hope they understand and accept it one day.
