There's no ML in the novel so we don't know who she's going to end up with.
It might be left open like in "Suddenly Became a Princess One Day".
I thought SBAPOD alluded that she ended up with Lucas at the end, am I tripping???
Pretty sure the novel for that one had Lucas extend her lifespan after they started dating so they can be together for as long as possible
