This wasn't a bad read for me. I quite enjoyed reading this one because this wasn't as frustrating as the ones I'd read before this & even the translation and art was better.
I binged read this. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~

SUMMARY SPOILERS! ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
The seme is irredeemable trash but our uke was basically a doormat too. He left his self respect in the deepest gutters of hell just because he was deeply in love with the SEME. To each their own but uke bare with it because it was his choice to stay with the trash. Obviously it was not his fault to be treated that way but it was also the consequences of his choices that led him to be treated like a doormat. He's an intelligent smart man but when it comes to the seme he chose to turn a blind eye because of their toxic dependency on each other.

Seme strung him along all those times and they basically weren't dating like an official normal couple would. And even the uke admits that they weren't in that type of relationship. So about seme cheating is quite questionable cause their relationship was like a beneficial relationship not LOVERS in a relationship. ( ̄∇ ̄")

Seme manipulated, gaslighted and used the uke. Basically to me seme started out just to play and get a kick out of his ex but later on he kept pushing Uke's boundaries to get a reaction out of him just because he himself could not figure out what he was feeling but he wanted the uke to only see him. Which is toxic on its own. (His own family ie. His mom & dad are not a conventionally married couple so I believe his thoughts on marriage and love is wrapped and fucked up, even his mom admits it. But that still does not justify his actions and I hate him for it.)

At the end of it... He does change and the chasing arc is alright & good. Eventually uke forgives him and gets back together with him. As much as I didn't want them ending together. I didn't dislike it as much when they did as I saw some character development from both characters. Seme has done a total 180 & has changed. He treats uke like he should and still regrets his actions while the uke I believe will not bottle up his feelings anymore and won't let anyone treat him like a doormat. So good for them. 7 years of being together, they're so used to each other that it seems normal that they settled for each other in the end. Nothing surprising. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

Ps : the only thing I wish is... Sometimes I wish to read a story where the uke finds someone who treats him better and does not end up getting back to the same person who treated them like trash. Like a plot twist or something. But that's just me. ( ̄へ ̄)
