Oh my gosh, exactly my point… Minato might seem more problematic of person but he’s also putting more effort into himself trying to be less toxic and putting more effort into the relationship trying to be more understanding. I’m not hating on Shizuma because I still see him with the golden halo I’ve put on him since the end of Therapy Game and the beginning of their relationship, but man, am I disappointed to not see the same amount of effort in changing himself or pulling his weight in the relationship, like MInato’s maturing all on his own and holding up the whole relationship right now like… poor thing. Traumatized and all and to fall in love with a man who’s just too nice to everyone like how this author playing with this character, it’s like they just want Minato to go through what his mom did but struggle more trying to be better and make better choices.
shizuma is really starting to piss me off. don't get me wrong, it was bad for yuka to cheat but he really said "she could've just told me how she was feeling" like?? where's YOUR effort? why does your partner have to do everything while you just sit there and twiddle your fucking thumbs?
start drawing boundaries bc you're just making the same mistakes with minato. like he needs to stop dismissing minato's insecurities and say shit like "oh that's it?" like? bro. put yourself in minato's shoes for once jesus.
