In ch12 the FL stabs him in the neck with a knife in the middle of sex. There’s blood EVERYWHERE. Basically she was pretending to be “easy” to get him to lower his guard. During the meal when she dropped the knife she secretly pocketed it and slipped the maid a ring for her silence. The FL hid the knife under her pillow. During sex with Aiden she casually reaches under her pillow to grab it (he doesn’t notice) and as her arms are wrapped behind his back (yk like holding onto him in the middle of sex, so not suspicious at all), she grips the knife and suddenly jams it into his neck.
Unfortunately ML does not seem to be human so after a bit of dialogue between them u see the (fatal) wound close up just like that.
