I don't know his exact age but he just looks like one, he says he's an adult and it said in the manga that his body stopped developing after he started learning magic. though I don't know if he'll look more adult at some point

He does eventually grow up once he stops fighting his power. But by suppressing his own magic, he suppresses his age as well.
