YES LITERALLY THIS!!! I’m so annoyed with TJ and his influence on ian, like we get it, mans is tatted up and is a gangster, but that doesn’t excuse his possessive maniac behavior. Man’s is toxic and ian clearly likes that. I’m so done with them, I had to literally skip this whole chapter because they’re just exhausting.

i hate ian and tj. they truly are meant to be together. and not in a “they have so much chemistry” way, i mean in a “they’re both manipulative bastards that can’t get their shit together” way. ian has been saying he wants to leave his gang life behind but tj so much as comes near his vicinity and he folds. thats not something that someone, who wants to leave their past, would do. which i understand can be practically impossible bc once you’re in a gang, it becomes your whole life. but he needs to get a sturdier backbone bc the one he currently has is clearly not doing its job. and tj.. is tj. he’s a possessive asshole that blatantly disrespects ian’s wishes of being a “normal” person.
this is an extremely biased take as i’ve hated tj the moment he appeared and his influence over ian is really annoying atp. but im also going to keep reading knowing how much i hate them at the moment because i like to torture myself.
