pretty sure he still was though. they just cut the 'XXX' scene out and cut it to the aftermath. that part followed the manga panel almost scene for scene except cut the act out as a form of censorship. sorry, that's the reality, he got SA'd in both. really sad :(

yeah, i went back and rewathed it and it does seem less forceful. ill give you guys that one but it still overtly pushy to me. maybe because i read the manga first...the bathroom scene still rubs me the wrong way though. apologies

In the anime ver i watched he was definitely not raped in the bathroom, he managed to escape and locked the door and trapped it with multiple furnis and plants. I'm gonna guess they scrapped the rape element of the manga in that anime, also no indication later on that he was raped (in further episodes). I'm gonna firmly believe the not shown = did not happen cause i love that takato was not sexually assaulted in the anime version i watched ╥﹏╥. They had sex later on though but it was with consent.

In first manga chapter shows takato waking up in chunta's bed, then the bathroom rape, then said not to leave kiss marks, then after chunta emotional manipulated takato for "last round", then they woke up and takato said something about "the first man and second man to be embraced by is in the same bed" line, end is next day on shoot

In the anime, takato woke up in chunta bed, run to bathroom, no rape scene (i think there's just a kiss?), said not to leave kiss marks, takato run our of bathroom, blocked the door with big furnitures (and plants?), next day comes and shoot (if i remembered correctly), then fast forward they're in bed chunta ask permission to hold takato, they slept together, next day takato said "the first man and second man to be embraced by is in the same bed" line.


Honestly when i first watched the anime way waaay before i also thought takato was raped, but rn I'm seeing the light. ╥﹏╥ banzai animators ╥﹏╥

yeah, i only really watched the spain arc movie(because i wanted to watch the dancing) and not really watched the anime because i read the manga and didnt wanna see taka get SA'd again...spain arc junta def forced it that first time :(

i get what you mean though. i wish this author was less "relationship starts with rape but they're happy later" type stuff.
