facts, i think the author wanted jo and ian in the beginning, but saw tj's popularity and said "f*ck it, I am making tj the man"

I mean I myself really want them to do so but nobody knows what goes through these authors' minds tbh
Like I love this, but what kinda annoys me is if tj and Ian are gonna be end game (idk it's just feels like it) why does jo exist???? He could have been like a passing by character not one that is giving so much importance
