It isn’t an excuse. It’s called an SA victim not wanting to talk about being raped. You’re calling that selfish because you’re very ignorant about this topic. If you say this crap about SA victims in real life, people will call you out and call you messed up. SA victims have a hard time telling what happened to them to their family, friends, and partner. The fact that you’re calling him selfish only shows you care about the top and don’t actually understand the story or the trauma behind it. Passing it off as some easy “selfish” comment is immature and you not knowing much about the world.
Anyways I hope you truly are joking and don’t act like this in front of SA victims. You can make a terrible situation by opening up their wounds again or making them relive their trauma by talking about it just cause you feel like you’re obligated to know. Everyone has secrets they don’t wanna share and no one is obligated to know, the top chose to stay with him and doesn’t want to force him to say it. That’s his own choice, don’t call things by a stupid name based on your own ideals
