To change your profile pic and username (through pc) select the profile icon on the top right corner - homepage - click the profile icon on the left - my activity setting - profile setting. There might be an easier way to go about it, but that's just what I found by clicking around
click your current none pfp icon where youll see homepage, timeline , bookmark , settings . click on settings and u can change everything from there
