Yeah I also didn’t get why people were so hateful towards shizuma, if he works with the public then he’s going to have to have a customer service smile. Havent these people worked a customer service job??
I don't hate shizuma but I have worked at wendys and a dior store, I can never imagine holding my manager/boss's underwear or them holding mine in their pocket. Maybe we just have different definitions for professionalism and basic etiquette, plus HR. Smiling at customers is a given and normal but as far as coworkers knowing my business is a no
bruh it is NOT AN OBLIGATION to hang out with your boss or co-workers, it's not like he's signing up for an over time. He can hang out anytime but when his lover is showing clear signs of insecurities? Like they were literally fighting just 2 or 3 days ago (or weeks I can't remember), and just as the second Minato is calmed down a little, Shizuma screws up again and for a STUPIDEST reason, like the boss drags him to a cake shop :) Who does that? And the clothing shop, FR Shizuma could have refused and don't tell me you'll be impolite for declining that :'>

Sorry but people who are hating on Shizuma for just being friendly and nice to his boss, coworkers and patients, makes me think that they have never worked with the public before and that they have not had boss either and know that you have to be polite with them and it's even better if you have a good relationship with your boss and your coworkers to have a healthy work environment. －.－)
And yes, if you spend so many hours a day with your coworkers and boss you end up talking about personal topics since by spending so much time together you become curious about the lives of others.
What I do agree with is that Shizuma didn't respond well when Minato expressed his insegurities; but that whole thing about what Shizuma is like at his workplace is stupid argument for "hating" him.
