I mean technically men do have tits, but when the chromosome Y says "welp X got to go" so the girls starts biologically changing to male, ovaries goes down and transforms becoming testicles etc. instead of fat it develops muscles, is natural for men to have tits what is unusual is them producing milk.

It's subtle but if you look at his chest it does look like it's swollen a bit- check out the first pic in the first chapter it's quite visible there, I guess he got self conscious about it!
