so basically, the main character, theo, is a lawyer who is working on an important case, and his ex who he had been dating for 4 years and was also a druggie stole the evidence theo needed for the court case and left town, making theo's situation very difficult. he meets dylan at an open house, which is basically a time where anyone can come on to a property to check it out for buying. Later on dylan's manager comes to the and asks theo to live with dylan so he can watch him and make sure he doesn't get into big trouble. turns out dylans crazy and like has orgies at his house every night, which theo doesn't like but he doesn't rlly do anything abt it. dylan is attracted to theo, and theo thinks he's fine. they end up agreeing to be fuck buddies if dylan doesn't bring his sex party gang or whatever u wanna call them to his house every night. that's kind of it so far
