I get what you mean. Naoto never trusts Hazuki; he keeps hiding things from him, especially important to them as a couple, yet he is always very trusting in random strangers. I can understand why, combined with all the stress, Hazuki got angry; Naoto was acting very defensive like he had something to hide. He could be more honest with his own husband and simply say, that guy needed relationship advice without going into detail, instead of making excuses. Hazuki did say too much and phrased it the wrong way, but because Naoto keeps hiding important things, it does make it hard to trust him.

Listen, Naoto pisses me off so bad! Why would you say it's something personal and you can't share it with your partner. At this point, I get he's hurt by his statement but Hazuki is right and honestly, Naoto isn't learning. He trusts anybody, and willingly gives them his number and address. Which is crazy but heats crazier is he doesn't do the same for his husband. You hid a pregnancy, a heat, your previous attacker coming back to threaten you etc. yet you give any info to mare strangers. Whenever he asks you about it, you lie .
